Refund, Return & Exchange


If you may need to return any goods supplied by Duncan Fearnley Cricket Sales Limited through the Fearnleycricket.com website please follow the procedures set out below:


1. All items that you wish to return should be notified to Duncan Fearnley Cricket Sales Limited in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods excluding weekends and bank/public holidays. Completing this form and posting your return goods within 7 days of receipt is sufficient for notification purposes. Any goods returned outside of these 7 days will processed at the discretion of Duncan Fearnley Cricket Sales Limited.


Any goods personalised are non-returnable.


2. All goods notified to be returned should be returned to Returns Dept, C/O Duncan Fearnley Cricket Sales Limited,4 Lowesmoor Wharf, Lowesmoor, Worcester WR1 2RS, UK within a reasonable time of notification.


3. Complete a Returns Form and where possible give as much information as possible(make yourself a copy of the Returns Form for future reference).


4. Pack the item(s) securely complete with the Returns Form enclosed, ensuring reasonable care is taken with all the item(s) and where possible include the original packaging and labels.


5. The cost of any Return is at the responsibility of the Buyer. It is recommended any package is sent via your local post office plus it is advised that you send any parcel(s) by a recorded service so that you can trace the parcel(s) if needs be.


6. Any duties and/or taxes you may have paid to receive the goods are not refundable by Duncan Fearnley Cricket Sales Limited. If you wish to reclaim any duties and/or taxes you may have paid please contact your local Customs authority.


7. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of notification. If there are any queries with your return we will contact you accordingly. Once your refund has been processed we will notify you accordingly.


8. Should you require a replacement or exchange please place a separate order.


9. Please note return postage costs are only be refunded for returns where goods are deemed to be faulty or where we have sent your order incorrectly. Please retain a receipt for any goods returned as your proof of posting.
